All trips, standard fishing, tours and economy fishing trips, we provide all tackle, soft drinks, bottled water, hot drinks, and snacks.

Charter Times:
Include running and fishing time, picture taking, fish cleaning and paperwork.
Morning Trips: Leave 7AM return at 12 NOON
Afternoon Trips: Leave 1PM return at 6PM
If these times don't fit your schedule, we can make other arrangements.

Overtime will be charged at $50 per 1/2 hour. It is your responsibility as well as mine to stay within the allotted time. Overtime at your request or having fun & not paying attention will be charged at $50 per 1/2 hour.

Deposit Policy:
$100 1/2 day, $200 full day, for each date secured. Master Card/Visa are accepted for deposit. Out of state checks will only be accepted for advance deposits, and must be received 10 days prior to the charter date. Travelers checks, cashiers checks, cash, money orders or credit cards. NO OUT OF COUNTY OR OUT OF STATE CHECKS ACCEPTED FOR FINAL PAYMENT without prior approval or time to clear before trip! ATM Machine is nearby.

Cancellation Policy:
Only cancellations prior to 5 days in advance can get a full refund.
Day of trip cancellation or no show, you owe full price of trip.
All boats booked for number of people and charter and not used the day of the charter will be charged at the full charter price per boat and number of people.

Large Groups & Booking Multiple Charters:
Reservations must be made as far in advance as possible. Four people per boat is ideal, but Shorty can carry much larger parties (maximum 18 person limit ON SHORTY'S BOAT ONLY for insurance specs) or maximum 6 each on Associate Independent Contractors' boats & can do two 1/2 day charters, morning and afternoon on the same day for your convenience.

Paperwork:
You will be asked to fill out a report for the state which lists your name, address, telephone number & conservation license number. At the end of the charter the terms of the charter will be met and all accounts settled.

Booking:
Charters are available for 1/2 and full days, morning or evening charters on Flathead Lake only. Other lakes are full day only, at a higher price. Four is ideal per party: however, more may be booked depending on weight capacity of the boat booked. Call to discuss your individual needs.

Year-round trips, April to November 31. Flathead Lake specialty, and other lakes, depending on time of year, weather and water levels.

Rights:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, even if a deposit has been accepted. The deposit will be returned without any further obligations or liability.

Liability:
If we are unable to perform the charter for a valid reason, I am only responsible for the return of the deposit, and not for any other damages or liabilities in any way. If possible I will rebook you with another company at their rates.

Our policies, prices and conditions may change up to date of signing of contract. At the time of the contract, any changes will be noted and may be accepted or declined. Your signature on that date will validate this contract.
